I never imagined my life would take the path of healing and spiritual awakening. In fact, for most of my life, I was running—from my pain, from my emotions, from the truth of who I really was. But life has a way of forcing you to face yourself when you least expect it.

My awakening didn’t come in a peaceful meditation or a gentle nudge from the universe—it came through trauma. I hit rock bottom in every possible way. Financially, I was drowning. Emotionally, I was broken. Spiritually, I felt completely lost. No matter what I did, it felt like life was working against me. Relationships crumbled, my health deteriorated, and I kept attracting the same painful cycles over and over again.

Then came the moment that changed everything. It felt like the universe had ripped me apart just to rebuild me. In the depths of my despair, I had a near-death experience—one that shattered everything I thought I knew about life, death, and energy.
